Terms of Service.

These are the terms for ordering, receiving, and using work from Story Flyers. We wrote them in plain language so you can actually read them before you click. By placing an order on storyflyers.com, you agree to everything below.
1. Who we are
Story Flyers is a creative studio based in Atlanta, GA, specializing in visual-first flyer design, motion design, and AI-assisted cinematography for nightlife, events, and brands. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "Story Flyers" all mean the same thing. "You" means the customer placing the order.

2. What we do
We design flyers and motion content. Specific deliverables for each tier are listed on the product page at checkout. The tiers are:
- Generic Flyer · single still flyer, $125
- Pro Still Set · multi-size still package, $175
- Social Kit · multi-asset social package, $250
- Simple Motion · 8-15 second seamless loop + matching still, $200
- AI Enhanced Premium Motion · 30s ($350) or 60s ($500) cinematic motion piece
- Cinema Hybrid · seven-phase AI cinema with your live footage, $1,000
- Cinema Full AI · seven-phase fully AI-generated cinema piece, $1,500
Add-ons (extra sizes, rush, etc.) are itemized at checkout. The deliverables and specs listed on the product page at the time you order are what you'll receive.
3. Payment
Standard tiers (everything except cinema)
Generic, Pro Still Set, Social Kit, Simple Motion, and AI Enhanced Premium Motion are paid in full up front through a Square invoice we send to the email you provided. We don't start the design until the invoice clears.
Cinema tiers (Hybrid + Full AI)
Cinema Hybrid and Cinema Full AI are billed 50% deposit / 50% balance. The deposit is due at the start of Phase 1 (Pre-Pro). The balance is due before the final motion piece is delivered.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Square. We never see, store, or transmit your card details. Square handles all card data under their own terms and PCI-compliant infrastructure.
4. Refunds
Standard tiers
You get a full refund any time before we begin design work. Once we've started, the order is non-refundable · the work is already in motion.
Cinema tiers
Full refund before Phase 1 begins. Once Phase 1 starts, no refunds · the production process has already kicked off. This is firm because cinema production reserves studio time and AI generation credits at the moment we begin.
5. Revisions
Standard tiers include two rounds of revisions per flyer. Cinema tiers include two rounds per phase (six total across the build). Additional revision rounds are $50 each.
Big concept pivots after a phase lock (cinema) or after the second revision (standard) get re-quoted as new work, not as revisions.
6. Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days from the moment payment clears, depending on tier. Cinema turnaround is 7-14 business days depending on scope and approval speed.
Rush is available for an additional fee: $100 for standard tiers, $250 for cinema tiers. Rush is offered only when we can compress the timeline without sacrificing quality · we'll tell you up front if we can't take the rush.
Turnaround is measured from your approval at each step, not from the calendar. If we're waiting on you for reference flyers, event details, or feedback, the clock pauses.
7. Usage rights
Once final delivery is complete and the invoice is paid in full, you get full promotional usage rights for the event the work was created for. This includes:
- Posting on your social media (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Using on your event platforms (POSH, Eventbrite, DICE, etc.)
- Printing for physical promo (posters, flyers, postcards)
- Sharing with sponsors and partners for cross-promotion
What you can't do: resell the work, redistribute it as a template, license it to other promoters, or claim authorship. The design itself remains the intellectual property of Story Flyers; you're licensed to use it, not to own it.
8. AI-generated content + likeness
Several of our tiers use AI tools to generate imagery and motion. By ordering an AI-inclusive tier, you understand and accept that:
- AI-generated imagery may include stylized representations of people, places, or events
- If you ask us to create an AI likeness of a real public figure (DJ, performer, brand ambassador), you confirm you have the green light from that person or their team to use their likeness for your event promotion
- You are responsible for any disputes that arise from likeness usage you authorized · we rely on your representation that consent has been obtained
- AI tools have inherent variability · we can't guarantee an exact match to a specific real person, only a stylized interpretation
If you're not sure whether you have the rights to use someone's likeness, the safe answer is don't. Ask first.
9. Reference flyers + style direction
You can submit up to 3 reference flyers from our portfolio at checkout. These guide the style direction, color palette, and energy of your flyer. We do not copy reference flyers · every flyer is built from scratch around your event. References are inspiration, not blueprints.
10. What we don't do
Story Flyers is a visual-first design studio. We don't:
- Design text-heavy flyers · the visual is the hero, not a list of DJs and specials
- Build flyers for events that require a wall of fine print, every drink price, every menu item, every host name packed on the design
- Provide event planning, marketing strategy, or copywriting services
- Guarantee event attendance, ticket sales, or marketing outcomes · we make flyers, you run the event
If your event needs every DJ, every host, every menu special on the flyer, we're not the right shop for you. We'll happily refund you if you ordered without realizing this is our lane.
11. Communication
All order communication happens through email and your designer portal account. We are not available for unscheduled phone calls, DMs, or text messages during the design process. The portal exists so every approval, revision, and reference is timestamped and recoverable.
We respond to portal messages and emails within 24 business hours, typically much faster.
12. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if:
- The event involves content that violates platform policies (hate speech, explicit illegal activity, etc.)
- You request likeness usage that we believe you don't have rights to
- You require text-heavy or fine-print-heavy design that's outside our scope (we'll let you know within 24 hours of order)
- Communication breaks down to the point that the project can't move forward
13. Limitation of liability
Story Flyers' total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including (but not limited to) lost revenue, missed promotional windows, or reputational impact.
All work is delivered "as is." We don't guarantee fitness for any specific purpose beyond what's described on the product page at the time of order.
14. Disputes
If you have a dispute with us, the first step is always email at info@storyflyers.com. We respond to every dispute in good faith and aim to resolve issues directly.
Any unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. The exclusive venue for any legal action is the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. The terms in effect at the time you place your order are the ones that apply to that order · updates apply only to future orders.
